Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and fluent bilingual Service Billing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our billing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining documentation, and resolving billing-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely Invoicing: Ensure all service revenue and cost activities are accounted for in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation supporting invoices.
- Credit Card Payments: Process credit card payments upon request.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues arising from administrative functions.
- Reporting: Produce various reports and metrics as requested by management.
- Purchase Orders: Review purchase orders for service department requirements.
- Billing Issues: Assist with reviewing documents for billing issues, hours, variances, etc.
- Work Orders: Review open work orders weekly for resolving backlogged issues.
- PO Variances: Review documentation for PO variances in invoicing.
- AR/AP/Client Inquiries: Aid with inquiries from AR, AP, clients, and sales.
- Credit Requests: Assist with credit requests.
- Updates: Update the Billing Manager regarding any inconsistencies or challenges.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of office administration experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the industry would be considered an asset.
- Education: Post-secondary education (technical diploma or degree).
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Pivot table, Word, etc.).
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
- Language: Proficiency in French and English is required.
- Deadlines: Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
