Cashier Job Description

At Coach, we're looking for a skilled Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the Cashwrap
  • Assess the store environment and understand customer needs to match service accordingly
  • Engage customers in conversation and build rapport
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain cash and media integrity
  • Maintain a clean and organized Cashwrap area
  • Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards
  • Represent the Coach brand with a positive attitude and appearance
Requirements:
  • Polite and friendly demeanor
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new procedures
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and answer questions
  • Knowledge of store policies and procedures
