- Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
- Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
- Facilitate merchandise sales.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Organize and manage inventory efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and sales personnel.
- Direct supervision of a team of 3-4 cashiers.
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
