We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Director to join our team at Personnel Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 20+ HR professionals across multiple provinces, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of top-notch people practices and positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement tools and processes to enhance HR operations and services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in both non-bargaining and unionized environments.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR experience at a senior level, with a strong track record of success in leading HR teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Shared Services model.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
