We're seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our local team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth while balancing risk. If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong understanding of portfolio management, and are able to work independently, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to frequently travel within your market to support our customers
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
