We're seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our local team, responsible for providing financing solutions to independent auto dealers. As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in elevating customer relationships, attracting new business, and growing AFC revenue while balancing risk.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
- Assess business and risk situations, making decisions with minimal oversight
- Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts
- Manage and service customer accounts, balancing risk
- Embody our culture of supporting others' success
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel frequently within your market
- Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Previous auto industry or financial services experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
