Description

We are seeking a talented Coordinator to join our National Human Resources team. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and lead best-in-class people strategies, ensuring MNP continues to stand out as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with human resource colleagues to implement HR initiatives and strategies
  • Research, develop, and communicate assigned strategy projects in collaboration with leadership
  • Administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on internal website
  • Draft templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks, and Word documents; ensure deliverables align with brand standards
  • Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports
  • Confirm data integrity and accuracy of data held within applicable systems (Human Capital Management System (HCMS), applicant tracking system, etc.)
  • Engage with various stakeholders; elicit their concerns, opinions, and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on existing and forthcoming legislation to determine impacts
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • 1 year of HR experience is preferred
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
  • Research and project-oriented work experience
