Junior Project Coordinator for Telecom Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and process incoming customer requests related to conduit installation and pathway resolutions.
  2. Collaborate with network teams to clarify project requirements and coordinate with field service technicians for quote preparation.
  3. Evaluate quotes for precision before delivering them to clients.
  4. Schedule installation appointments with contractors and clients following quote acceptance.
  5. Engage in phone communications to address any on-site issues that may occur during the construction phase.
  6. Generate invoices and issue purchase orders for subcontractors upon project completion.
  7. Maintain daily updates on internal reports to reflect the current status of projects.
  8. Participate in project meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Formal training in project management methodologies.
