Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial sales or account management
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
