Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at COBS Bread Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, ensuring high-quality products.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Prepare special orders, including decorating cakes and baked goods to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machinery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a bakery or related field, with a focus on preparation, cooking, and presentation of baked goods.
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
