About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at COBS Bread Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Prepare special orders and ensure they meet our high standards
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity
  • Operate machinery with ease and efficiency
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a team environment.
