Your Role as Facility Operations Coordinator
In the position of Facility Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to our facility teams, facilitating comprehensive assistance across various operational areas.
This role can be performed from multiple locations.
The Administration Team
The Facility Administration team is dynamic, consisting of skilled professionals who are both responsive and proactive in meeting the organization’s needs.
Work Structure
The Facility Operations Coordinator role is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 5 days a week, with potential overtime based on operational demands and deadlines.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Administration process team to ensure knowledge sharing and the establishment of best practices.
- Assist in the review and enhancement of operational procedures.
- Provide consistent administrative support, including:
- Ticket entry management.
- Load confirmation and invoice processing.
- Accounts payable and receivable management.
- Plant balancing activities.
- Month-end reporting and deadlines.
- Approval processing tasks.
- Payroll administration.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
