London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Radiology Operations Coordinator (ROC) to join our administration team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential business support for the Radiology department across multiple locations.
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and reporting on data integrity issues. A key aspect of your role will involve managing the Healthroster system and overseeing payroll functions for the department, including all WLI payments, while offering administrative assistance primarily to the Ealing Hospital Radiology unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and communicate sensitive matters such as employee health, performance, financial issues, and bereavement with utmost confidentiality, adhering to GDPR regulations. You will be required to take minutes and attend disciplinary meetings, which may involve exposure to distressing information regarding staff situations.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of electronic staffing and inventory data into the relevant computer systems.
- Assist in training new and existing staff members on the use of Healthroster, e-procurement systems, and ICT support helpdesk functionalities.
- Complete necessary change and leaver forms, including calculating any outstanding leave and repayments, and communicate this information to the Clinical Lead or affected staff members while notifying HR administration of these updates.
