Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Regional Support team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operations of our programming in the North Western Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure necessary funding for program operations.
  • Outreach: Provide outreach opportunities to area communities through training staff and students to conduct storefront displays, prevention presentations, and service projects.
  • Program Supervision: Oversee multiple location programs, ensuring students are being discipled, staff are trained to provide healthy recovery services, and volunteers are recruited to partner in the transformation process.
  • Evangelism: Establish evangelism through itineration services, street and jail ministry, and participating in area Christian rallies and concerts.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a ministry or non-profit setting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires a high degree of independent decision-making and judgment. The Executive Director will work under the direct supervision of the CEO and will be responsible for exercising full supervision of multiple center program components and other designated areas of responsibility.
