Position Overview

The Lawn Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of landscaping and horticultural practices.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and oversee the planting processes for various outdoor projects.
  • Plan and execute grounds maintenance activities.
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for projects.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs for all activities.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for landscaping tasks.
