Position Overview

The role of the Landscaping Supervisor at PB10 Construction & Landscaping involves overseeing various landscaping projects and managing a dedicated team of professionals. This position is crucial for ensuring that all landscaping tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, oversee, and organize the work schedule for staff members.
  • Coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Develop work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Estimate labor and material costs for landscaping projects.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs for project tracking.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for landscaping tasks.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in landscaping or a related field.
