Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of the assembly team to ensure efficient production and meet customer deadlines.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee Safety and Quality: Ensure that all assembly operations are conducted in a safe and healthy work environment, and that products meet quality standards.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide input on personnel matters, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Set Up Machines and Equipment: Ensure that all assembly equipment is properly maintained and set up for efficient production.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly team to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Recommend Productivity and Quality Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.

  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
