Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwork Assembly Supervisor to oversee the assembly of millwork products. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules, training personnel, and ensuring the safety of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train or arrange for training of personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet production targets
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in a millwork assembly environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
