As an Assembly Supervisor at A1 TRUSSES (1993) LTD, you will oversee the millwork assembly process, ensuring timely and efficient production. Your responsibilities will include establishing work schedules, training staff, and overseeing safety protocols. You will also be responsible for recommending personnel actions and setting up machines and equipment. This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek, offering dental and healthcare plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing work schedules to meet production deadlines
  • Training and developing staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Overseeing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Recommending personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures
  • Setting up and maintaining machines and equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of 3-4 staff members
