At Mary Brown's Chicken, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Food Service Supervisor. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food preparation and customer service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure timely service.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
- Calculate and order necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficient service.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Must be bondable.
- Fast-paced and physically demanding work setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
