Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of food services operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that food services operations are profitable and efficient.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food services management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and point of sale systems.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
