About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harmi Enterprises. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payments, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products to increase sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor Store Security: Ensure all entrances and exits are secure, and request proof of payment when necessary.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions and handling customer inquiries.
  • Standing and Mobility: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
