Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice to customers on merchandise, ensuring they find the perfect products to meet their needs.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by greeting customers, discussing their requirements, and providing solutions.
  • Train and Develop Staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Assist in Visual Merchandising by preparing and displaying merchandise to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Process Sales and Maintain Records accurately, ensuring inventory control and sales data are up-to-date.
  • Prepare Merchandise for Purchase by ensuring it is properly displayed, priced, and ready for sale.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
