Role Summary: HR Solutions Consultant
The HR Solutions Consultant collaborates closely with executive and senior management to deliver data-informed HR strategies that address organizational challenges and fulfill objectives. This position entails working alongside various departments to execute HR initiatives, offer insights on organizational changes, and oversee employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes credibility with leadership to influence and drive business outcomes
- Partners with stakeholders to discern organizational requirements
- Evaluates data to enhance team dynamics, productivity, and employee retention
- Champions change management efforts and annual HR initiatives
- Advises on employee relations and performance evaluation
- Conducts analysis of workforce data and formulates strategies aligned with business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Employee Relations capacity
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for team and client engagements
- Proven ability to devise innovative solutions, mentor senior leaders, and collaborate effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPHR certification
- Experience with Workday HRIS
