The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Elevated HR Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions, answering incoming calls, and performing other dispensary-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Perform other dispensary-related tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to optimize patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician diploma
  • Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) is required
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to distinguish between routine technician functions and those requiring professional judgment
