About the Role

Spectrum Security-Sound Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Office Management
    • Manage and maintain the office supply inventory
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
