Role Overview

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized and caring experience to our clients. Reporting to Amplifon's Senior Area Managers, you will be responsible for various tasks including scheduling appointments, managing client information, and ensuring a smooth clinic operation.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Able to operate audiological equipment and perform tasks that require mobile dexterity
  • Regularly sitting, standing, walking, and lifting
