  • Manage customer support inquiries
  • Engage with clients to diagnose and resolve technical challenges
  • Draft sales proposals for products and services
  • Set up and install software and hardware both remotely and on-site
  • Advise on enhancements for software and hardware
  • Develop technical documentation and operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT field
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in IT or networking
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficient communication skills in both French and English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments
  • Understanding of Active Directory and networking protocols
  • Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, firewall management, Unix/Linux, and SQL Server is advantageous
