Overview

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Leadership Program, a comprehensive development program designed to equip future leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct business reviews and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
