Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter Helper to join our team at Strength Of Colours Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist our painters in various tasks related to construction and painting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Support the medical examiner in charge with tasks as needed.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants at construction sites.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
  • Work a permanent schedule with 40 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
