Your Role as a Sheet Metal Fabricator

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will play a vital role in the construction process by:

  • Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate sheet metal components.
  • Utilizing rigging and hoisting equipment for material handling.
  • Welding and joining sheet metal parts to create ventilation shafts, exhaust hoods, air ducts, and other systems.
  • Ensuring installations meet building codes and quality standards.
  • Inspecting finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication techniques.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in welding and other relevant equipment operation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
