About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Behavox, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative features aimed at enhancing business growth for both existing and prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive functionality by addressing customer inquiries and challenges, while also having the chance to innovate and evolve current offerings, as well as identify new opportunities in Compliance Management and next-generation markets.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to:

1. Contribute to the creation of a next-generation enterprise compliance solution tailored for financial markets.
2. Design and develop product features and establish a strategic roadmap.
3. Engage with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to extract valuable insights from data.

Qualifications

A profound and authentic interest in Behavox, demonstrated through a connection to its mission, market presence, and/or technological advancements. Over 3 years of experience in developing end-user products, having successfully navigated at least one complete product lifecycle. Strong skills in execution, problem-solving, and delivering impactful customer presentations. Proficient communication and prioritization skills applied across engineering, design, and data science disciplines. Expertise in research and analysis within a mission-driven business context.

Responsibilities

Develop new features while continuously refining existing ones with a customer-centric approach. Exhibit user-centric design principles that drive the development of new features and stimulate business growth. Strategically build a product roadmap and lead presentations directed at customers. Manage backlog grooming and address product-related issues effectively. Collaborate across teams, including Engineers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success Managers.
