Black & McDonald's Service Team is seeking a bright, motivated, and high-performing individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

What Does a Business Development Specialist Do at Black & McDonald?
  • You will own your territory within the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, generating new service agreements.
  • As part of the Service Sales Team, you'll engage with potential clients to evaluate their total cost of owning and operating facility assets.
  • Your focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for operational and process improvements by utilizing Black & McDonald's proven proactive sales strategy.

Education & Experience Requirements

A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

1-3 years of proven success in a Business Development role involving financial sales negotiations and a deep understanding of client needs, motivations, and emotions is essential.

Willingness and ability to travel are required, along with a valid Ontario Driver's License.
