We are seeking a proficient Senior Power Line Technician to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the installation and upkeep of electrical distribution and transmission systems, diagnosing power interruptions, and guaranteeing dependable power delivery to our clientele. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and enhancing the skills of team members, as well as executing live line operations utilizing specialized tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee team members in the construction and upkeep of power lines
- Identify and rectify power issues during critical situations
- Install and maintain electrical lines
- Perform live line operations
- Operate vehicles and machinery safely
- Uphold safety, production, and quality benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade XII or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years in line work
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
