Your Role:

Based in our Calgary office, we are seeking a mid-level Logistics Coordinator to join our expanding Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the successful coordination and execution of freight movements across North America and beyond, tailored to meet our clients' specific requirements.

Your contributions will be vital in supporting our operations, and you will engage in comprehensive communication with fellow team members and Traffic Tech staff. This position presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Negotiate terms with shippers and carriers
  • Monitor shipment tracking for pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare necessary shipping documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and carriers
  • Perform minor accounting tasks and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Energetic and adaptable personality
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to work diligently while enjoying the process
