Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

At Triple Eagle Logistics (Alberta) Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of goods, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operations
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train and develop team members in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high performance standards
  • Coordinate and assign work, and maintain accurate records and inventory
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude
  • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required
Language and Work Schedule:
  • English is the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
