Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Triple Eagle Logistics (Alberta) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are met.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
