About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Ontario Transportation Group, contributing to a variety of municipal planning and design initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to engage in significant projects that span from conception to completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and execution of road and bridge projects for municipal clients.
  • Oversee all phases of project management, from proposal development to project close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate staff.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other engineering disciplines to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in the execution of transportation projects.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Over 20 years of experience in the design and management of transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working with municipal transportation clients.
  • A proven ability to develop and lead technical teams.
