Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers across Canada. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that is shaping the future of telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple complex build projects, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for tower construction, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD, Digital Twin, and other modern engineering and project management tools.
