Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment and providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen appliances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Formal education in appliance service or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid trade license is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or similar trades is essential.
  • Prior experience within the foodservice industry is beneficial.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability for overtime work and on-call rotations.
  • Willingness to travel for training opportunities.
