About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and refer clients to specialized colleagues
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, as well as risk management rules
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience
  • Ability to work with business development objectives and a 100% commission-based salary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
