Lead Technical Applications Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Engineering Team at Street Context. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our premium Email, Analytics, and Broker Relationship platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of our platform
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain focus and prioritize team projects and backlog to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Provide immediate and candid feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • Experience with front-end, back-end, and database development
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and React
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
