We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Applications Team Lead to join our Engineering Team at Street Context. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience with front-end, back-end, and database development
  • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, React, and SQL
