Department: Human Resources

Reports To: General Manager

We are seeking a committed HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys engaging with a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strategic mindset, with a strong focus on employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and advice to management and staff across all HR functions.
  • Manage employee relations, including onboarding, disciplinary processes, and event coordination.
  • Oversee HR initiatives such as recruitment, safety protocols, and payroll management.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding personnel matters and training prospects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to lead effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (CHRP/CHRL).
  • Capability to inspire and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance regulations.

Position Specifics:

  • Supervision: Management of administrative and support personnel.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel for training and workshops.
