Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Moose Jaw. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
