About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of our new products, particularly in the fraud and payments categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development Partnership: Engage with the Product team from product development to driving adoption of mature products, partnering on shaping roadmaps, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations on product and GTM strategy.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product opportunities, and develop insights that inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Shape the positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers, with a sound understanding of competitive positioning.
  • Customer Knowledge and Insights: Develop deep knowledge of customers and disseminate through the organization, including customer segments, buyer persona, gather and analyze customer feedback, explore new use cases, and influence product growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales enablement materials and collateral focused on the value our products add to our customers.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the enablement team to develop and deliver training and resources for sales and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to sell and promote our products effectively.
  • Content Creation: Develop a variety of content types, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video scripts that support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Provide marketing strategic expertise, ensuring content is informative, engaging, and tailored to target audiences across different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Metrics and Performance: Work closely with product management, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective market strategy, and develop and help monitor metrics to track outcomes and effectiveness of marketing of our products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience in B2B tech, 2+ years experience in fraud or financial services.
  • Skills: Proven ability to perform market research and use insights to drive decision-making, strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear and effective messaging, experience in content creation including whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn content.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Fraud, Risk Management, iGaming: 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following.
  • Distributed International Teams: Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
