We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at HDL Global Inc.
Job Summary:The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Transactions: Operate cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory control.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Team Building Opportunities: Regular team-building activities and social events.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
