Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Driver to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sell a diverse range of products, including Private Brands, Technical Services, and ecommerce channels, to meet customer demands.
  • Contribute to branch profitability and product Gross Margin through proactive sales strategies and effective inventory management.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products sold, including completion of required training programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Support the Branch Manager in everyday operational and administrative functions, as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial and safety products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Superior problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This role requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to interact with customers, team members, and managers on a daily basis, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
