Senior Restoration Manager

We are a well-established company providing structural restoration solutions, seeking an experienced SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER to join our team in a leadership role on a permanent basis. Salary Ranges from $140-150k+ Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all assigned active projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their best interests are met regarding contractual and technical issues.
- Review project specifications during initiation and coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare bid submissions, including project timelines, and anticipate on-site needs for materials and communication.
- Assist with risk management planning and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
- Oversee and manage sub-trades and suppliers, and manage head office staff effectively.
- A minimum of 10 years of on-site experience in Structural and Building Envelope restoration of high-rise multi-residential buildings.
- Specific technical experience includes the rehabilitation of exterior building envelopes, balconies, and guard rails, parking garages, interior renovations, and exterior landscape upgrades.
- Thorough understanding of residential building practices and strong technical knowledge of restoration/construction projects.
- Ability to manage and oversee the execution of various projects, with professional designations in engineering and project management being an asset.
