Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Duty Cleaner. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough cleaning services, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
  • Ensure the safety and health of our clients' facilities by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in cleaning techniques and customer service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customers' unique needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn new skills quickly.
  • Police Background Check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull, and carry, climb stairs.
